Forbes Magazine has its list of the 10 most expensive restaurants in the USA. The most expensive is in (big shock) Manhattan and will set you back $1000 for two people. Makes local high-rent faves like Petit Louis Bistro, Louisiana and even Ruth's Chris Steak House look positively trailer trashy, don't it?
