I found this little recipe on The Atlantic Magazine website. Chef, ex-pat and Food Section contributor Faith Willinger talks about a simple tiramisù she found at the E Curti restaurant in Naples, Italy (where both of my paternal grandmother's parents came from). It replaces mascarpone with ricotta and ladyfingers with regular ol' cookies, dispenses with egg and flavors it with espresso and sugar. She calls it tirami-super!

Wow, that sounds pretty easy and tasty. I lack the means to make espresso, but maybe that's just as well.
