Candy cornaments:
I saw these hanging on the tree in someone's front yard in my neighborhood. I know the economy has gone to hell, but surely there are better ways to pull us out of the dregs than Halloween tree ornaments!

I know I've seen more Halloween decorations this year than I ever have. My next door neighbor has very elaborate Halloween lights and I notice several other houses in the neighborhood which also have them. In fact, one of my neighbors seems to have a Christmas tree decorated with Halloween lights in their front window.
I'm more of a Halloween traditionalist: a jack-o-lantern is the only decorating I do.
A Christmas tree with Halloween decorations on it - now that's just WEIRD!
