Tortilla Samosas

Hot DAMN, I think I'll be making a lot of samosas from now on. Check out this post from the Evil Jungle Prince food blog. He found out that the local samosadora uses Mexican tortillas instead of Indian pastry dough to make delicious samosas. Tex-Mex samosas anyone?
