Croissants from a Tube Taste Better with Butter!

Having been snowed in again today, I made more of those smoked salmon and brie croissants. I made them tastier, flakier and a bit more fattening by spraying the cookie sheet and the croissant dough with spray butter.

**GASP!** Blasphemy!

Aw, get over it. It's quite useful, almost in a Jolene Sugarbaker / "Trailer Park Lifestyle" kind of way. And it was just a spur of the moment thing, honest!

I could potentially get very neurotic over this.
