I just have to give another shout out to Graul's, who makes some of the moistest cupcakes I have eaten in ages. My current favorite: their yellow cake cupcake with orange icing. And I'm not even a big fan of fruit-flavored icings! Now if I could only get out of Graul's without stuffing my face with free samples...
