Simply Delicioso

I've only seen two minutes of Colombian-American cooking TV sensation Ingrid Hoffmann's new Food Network show Simply Delicioso (she's also had lots of éxito with shows on Galavisión and Univision). And girlfrien' seems so damn energetic! Not grating in that Rachael Ray kind of way, but intense nonetheless. I think that snapping gimmick at the beginning is rápidamente going to get muy irritante. But the food indeed looks muy deliciosa and it's about damn time the Food Network brought us some Latin flavors! On today's episode, Ingrid makes little Cuban sliders, a peach shake and plantain soup. Pero, por favor, ¡no chasquée los dedos, Ingrid!
