A Jew and His Pizza

Just ask my favorite New York-based food blogger Adam, the Amateur Gourmet himself, how long this dish lasted in his apartment (I'm wondering that myself). This Jewish-American foodie made a "Jewish pizza" by putting delicious smoked salmon, dill, capers and a crème fraîche mixture on top of ready-made pizza dough (he was desperate, he said). 10 minutes and 450° later, and ta-da! Tsegait zich in moyl! Maybe this will be the next dish this gay goy guy brings to a potluck with him.

Sorry, I rarely get the opportunity to be this silly with illiteration. Fun!
