Salmon and Brie Croissants

Simple, really. Just get one of those popping cans of croissant dough (like from Pillsbury), but before you roll it up, put in a small slice of brie (almost enough to cover the large part of the unrolled croissant) and a small piece of smoked salmon (same size). Roll it up, seal it up and bake it up, 350º F for 15 to 19 minutes. Yum!

That is a great and simple recipe, but a little fancy. Perfect for brunch. Thanks for the idea.

Deceptively fancy, ain't it? I might try it with ricotta next, to see how that turns out.
