Er....

Anyway, NBC 6 in Miami reports:

A homeless man covered in the sweet red stuff was reportedly arrested in Key West, Fla. Wednesday while screaming profanities about tourists from the middle of an Old Town street. [WTVJ-TV, 2012]

You just can't make this stuff up, can you?
