Wait, you mean frying something could be bad for you?

Altogether now: Duh.

  1. That article is not stating the completely obvious. They are just saying that fried (and grilled and broiled) food is bad for you for another reason in addition to all the fat and calories. Useful information, b/c grilling and broiling can be healthier in that regard, but apparently bad re: these AGEs.

    I guess that leaves you with baking, steaming, microwaving (or going raw) as healthier cooking techniques, depending on ingredients, of course.
